LUCHO

Valcheta, Rio Negro, Argentina

Location

The Project is located by Valcheta town, Rio Negro Province, Patagonia, Argentina, just 120 km west from the ocean. Includes 2 mining leases totaling 12.700 has.

The Project is located in the Somuncura Massif. There are two vein systems, one is hosted in the acid volcanic rocks of Complejo Volcánico Marifil (Jurassic); and another within Proterozoic metamorphic rocks.

Many explorations targets were identified, each one showing hydrotermal veins with values up to 364 ppm Ag and 8ppm Au.

The Prospects are denominated: Nacho, Okey, Tortuga, Zorrino and El Rancho

TORTUGA, ZORRINO and EL RANCHO prospects

All with NE-SW oriented vein systems hosted in metamorphic rocks.

Tortuga prospect: this area has 3 sectors: East, West and North.

In the Tortuga Este, a vein system outcrops composed of some NE parallel and sub-parallel veins, 1.3 km long and width >0.50m. Geochemical values up to 0.75ppm Au, 364ppm Ag.

In Tortuga Oeste there is a system of at least 2 parallel veins of 1km in length and width < 0.30m, with values of up to 0.75ppm Au, 50ppm Ag.

In Tortuga Norte there is a main vein and some smaller veins, with at least 120m long and 0.5m width, with the best value of 0.4% Cu.

Zorrino prospect: has several mineralized sectors. Some of them with silicified structures and fine quartz veins. On the other hand, a NE shear zone appears, 150m wide and 750m long, with veins with multiple pulses of crystalline quartz, dog's tooth, saccharoidal and chalcedonic textures, with mineralization of pyrite, chalcopyrite and oxidation minerals such as limonite and malachite in fractures. The best values are 7.7ppm Ag

In another area, a vein of about 400m long and up to 2m width of crystalline quartz with fluorite and limonite, sometimes uncovered by old mining, with values of up to 1.36ppm Au and 10.8ppm Ag.

El Rancho prospect: with 2 main areas: El Rancho southwest and Veta Bandeada.

In the Southwest Ranch there is a system of veins NE, generally more than 1.5km long, of unmineralized crystalline quartz, although with a sector (evidenced by an old sinkhole) with a pulse of crystalline quartz, with mineralization of Au and Cu; with the best values with 17.5ppm Au and > 1% Cu.

The Banded Vein, composed of chalcedonic silica and some saccharoidal quartz. Presents banded textures of replacement silica from metamorphic gneiss-like rocks. It has a length of about 370m long and a width of up to 4m. In geochemistry, the best values of 0.19ppm of Au and 26.7ppm of Ag.

NACHO and OKEY prospects

With NW-SE oriented vein systems hosted in volcanic rocks.

Nacho prospect: An important group of veins appears here, which are about 2.5km long; and each one of between 300 and 600m, in addition to a main system of more than 800m, and widths of up to 1.5mts. They are generally crystalline quartz veins, sometimes banded, rarely with replacement textures. In all the veins there is mineralization of Cu color and areas where pyrite, chalcopyrite, chalcosine and galena can be observed. Geochemistry with values up to 4.3ppm of Au, 188ppm of Ag; > 1% Cu,> 1% Pb and up to 2200ppm Zn.

Okey prospect:here a series of veins appear (outcrops, subcrops and some blocks), of crystalline quartz, with values of up to 1ppm of Au and up to 32ppm of Ag. Zn.
